Use Client Area in the website navigation, then sign in with your Starbound account. Account registration is separate from ordering a hosting service.

How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in page, choose Forgot password, request a recovery email, and enter the full code shown in that email. Never share the code.
How do backups work?
Backups are being tested in the server management panel. When available for your server, create a backup before making major changes and verify its completion before relying on it.
Can I install Paper or Purpur?
Paper/Purpur server software support is part of our Minecraft hosting development. Available versions and installation options will be confirmed as testing progresses.
How can I get help?
Visit the Starbound Discord community for announcements and general guidance. Formal support channels will be announced before paid hosting opens.
